Instructions for Writing a Paper Summary

The summary could be in 1-2 short paragraphs. In the summary, you may describe (1) what task or problem this paper is trying to address and the motivation; (2) what approaches this paper proposes; (3) what important experimental/theoretical observations the authors have found out; (4) finally, your thoughts -- which part of the paper sounds most interesting to you? do you see any potential drawbacks with the proposed approaches or in the experimental designs? do you have any questions regarding the paper?
